My thoughts and prayers are with you. Much love, Gloria
I remember Kay as such a likeable friend and leader when we were in VBHS class of '50, and that friendly trait, and leadership continued throughout her entire life. She will be so missed, by so many. God bless her memory.
Kay and Eddie were among the first people I met here in Vero Beach when I moved here in 1973 to work for WGYL radio news. The world is a poorer place for them both not being with us any longer.
I worked with Kay for years in the Chambef of Commerce. She was always a joy to be with. She will be missed by many.
The Moon Children send our condolences to your family. We all have such great memories of your mother at in the old downtown shop. You are all in our prayers.
Very sorry to learn of Kay's passing. She was a wonderful person. I know she will be missed. My sincere condolences to her family.
God be with ya'll....
For a Mourner
I'm sorry for your loss,
it's really rough on you.
But when you trust in God
the Lord will see you through.
He cares and shares your grief,
He lightens heavy loads,
He'll walk with you along
life's toughest rocky roads.
In love with you and yours,
He'll help you bear your cross
and grant His grace so you
can brave your deepest loss.
So be courageous, take
a breath and lift a prayer,
the Lord is ever faithful,
He will always care.
Kay was a wonderful woman. Our sympathy, prayers and love to her family. She will live on in many hearts.
Our sympathy to Kay's family. I am Evalyn Harbin's niece, and will take this obituary to her today.....she always says " my dear Wodtke's" when we look back at pictures, and Katie keeps us up to date. Evalyn was 96 in Nov.and is well.
I am so very sorry for your loss. What a wonderful woman. She will be missed by many. I hope your memories will bring you comfort always.
Kay was my first employer when I was in high school. Later, when I moved from Vero and came back, she always made a place for me at Wodtke's Dept Store. She & Ed also entrusted me to babysit their four small children. Though alot of years have passed since then,I still think fondly of Kay and the Wodtke family. She will never be forgotten.
Classmates, lifetime friends who kept in touch over the years. She will be missed, but never forgotten.
Our prayers and sympathy to the family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wodtke and Trent Families at this time. Kay was a wonderful and thoughtful person who contributed much to Indian River County. She will be missed
Praise God for her lifetime. And also for Ed's. I am only finding out today we lost Ed late last year.
I am glad they are together again. And so glad they blessed many lives.
I am deeply saddened to learn of Kay's death. She was a wonderful woman and a great friend. The only consolation I carry is that she is back in the arms of Ed. My condolences to her family.
Vero Beach has lost a wonderful human being, go-get her lady, hard worker and helpful to everyone she met. I am so proud to call her my first cousin.
Love, Richard RIP Kay
Our thoughts and prayers are with Mary and her family. Your mom was a wonderful lady. Many fond memories of Wodtke's and both of your parents as we were growing up.
My sincerest sympathy for this profound loss for your family. My prayers are with you all.
My thoughts and prayers are with Mary and the entire Trent family. Kay and my mother were good friends for many years and the first women to join the men's Exchange Club! She was an exceptional person, a true southern belle. I have fond memories of seeing her at Wodtke's growing up. With my sincere sympathy, Cindy
Our prayers are with the Trent family at this time. May God keep you in the palm of his hand and give you peace. Jennifer(Price) Ryder and family
Thinking of you and yours, Mary, at this very sad time.
